Question about recovery drink 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I'll be working out in ther afternoons, but according to the meal plan a recovery drink is recommended as part of your first snack...I think that's what I read. Is this only if you're working out in the morning? It doesn't make sense to consume a "recovery" drink if I haven't worked out yet. Maybe I'm just confused...Anyone?

Welcome to P90X!

And what they mean is after your workout. Snacks are usually seen for after workouts due to you should never eat a meal right after a workout.
