Hey! I'm on day 5 today and I noticed that today Ab Ripper X was nearly impossible. Having done Ab Ripper X with shoulders and arms one day, then Yoga Belly X with Yoga, and then legs and back with Ab Ripper X, my abdomen seemed too exhausted and weak.

Should I skip Yoga Belly X or.. ?

Thanks!
Tony

try your best and do what you can. all that matters is that your working the muscles to failure.

it gets easier over time.

What I think is odd is that Tony says at the end of Ab Ripper X "You shouldn't work your abs every day" but on the days that we don't do Ab Ripper X there are ab workouts included except for maybe Kenpo.

I think it is a bit hypocritical. That being said, I am not going to modify the program until after 90 days are up. I am finishing week 7 and havent missed a workout yet.

I am going to leave it to the experts for now. I hate Ab Ripper X, but I love it! That is a lie I actually just hate it.
