Hello everyone, I have a problem with the back and bis workout because I have a pullup bar but no dumbell weights at home. For the shoulders and arms workout i did that at the gym i go to, where they supply weights. In this video i see that you have to lift weights then do pullups then lift weights then do pullups again. My gym unfortunately does not have a pullup bar so i was thinking to do all the sets of pullups at home then go to the gym and lift the weights...i just wanted to know if that will be ok.

Yea that's really your only option unless the gym has a lat pull down machine. In that case get a good pump with that and do the dumbbell exercises at the gym then go home and finish with a couple sets of pull ups. That's what I would do anyway.

Do what you must to make it work.
you should invest in some resistance band for home training. the half and half will get tiring soon if you have to do all your pull up exercises in a row at one location and then do your back exercises together at another location.
what kind of commercial gym lacks such an essential equipment as a pull up bar. Advise them to stop packeting the membership fees and fully equip the gym unless you're a non paying members in which case you should thank em for letting you use the facily

I would invest in some resistance bands. I don't think they're that expensive. You can use these as replacements to a pullup bar or as replacements to weights. They're affordable and can be carried around easily.
Like someone said, do what you can to get your results. If this is your only option, go for it, but honestly I think you'll be getting tired quicker and losing the proper form if you do so many back exercises in a row and so many shoulder exercises in a row without alternating. If you decide to go that way, be sure to be careful not to injure yourself since the muscle fatigue from repetitively working out the same muscles can make you more prone to injury.
Do whatever works for you. As long as you're exercising it's always a good thing. Cheers!
