so im on week 6 (woot), and im just wondering if anyone else feels like the week 1-4 workout was a better chest workout...

chest arms and shoulders is a great workout...but i seem to feel it more in my arms....it may just be that im noticing it more there and its still working my chest as good....just seems like this workout is my tricep focused where weeks 1-4 was either back or chest...

anyone know what i mean?

you feel it more in your triceps because the chest moves also include your tri's, so you're basically working them double. and likely, your tri's are weaker than your chest. well, at least that was the case for me.

Yeah honestly.. I am curious wtf my tri's are so strong in comparison with other parts of my body. If you look at my numbers compared to most people my tri's are ridiculous. On top of that the first week I couldn't do 1 military pushup. My arms just werent' strong enough. Now I am doing more weight in tricep exercises then my biceps..

Think that is just from all the pushups? Anyways on topic another part is your body was so much less adapted for the range of pushups compared to now. What I found was really really pushing it when doing the paper plate floor flies.. That really helped get a burn in my chest.. Goodluck
