I am doing a survey on my own start group thread but does anyone know what the percentage is of folks who start to those who complete 90 days of p90x?
Other stats would be nice too. I know we all want to be fit, but what is the reality? |

I'd guess about half of the January 4th group are still alive and kicking. It's hard to say without knowing exactly how many we started with and how many people are still P90Xing it up, just not posting.

yea, thats a really tough statistic. but, i'd be willing to say less than 10%, especially with how popular its been as of late.

I'd 'guess' that the 90 day completion rate is pretty low. People will see the advert, think they are getting a nice new body in just 90 days, get the DVD's, and find out they have to actually put in a lot of hard work, so give up.

I heard about this before. People mentioned that it is less than 10%. Is it really that bad?
I mean, I'd say that about 15-30% are ACTUALLY physically incapable of doing P90x. So that means that about 73%-86% of people do not have enough will power. That's a huge percentage... I am very determined to do P90x, but I would really feel like shit if I gave up and didn't finish the program completely. |

I honestly don't think anyone is physically incapable of doing p90x.. It just all matters on if they will try or go the "it's to hard route". I was in horrible shape when I started and while I didn't get completely to where I want to I know P90X has improved my overall fitness tremendously..
Anyone else can do this same thing. "Do your best and forget the rest" Bear |
