I can buy it for $31.00, should I go for it? Or should I get tony's one on one? I know I want something new after P90X. I'm loving working out at home.

If you are still trying to lose weight and reduce BF PErcent than p90x + is great since it is very core focused. higer rep exercises will lean you out. But muscle gains won't be as fast and they go much much easier on your legs.

Sorry I have no straight answer

From what I understand, teh One on One with Tony is a result of a Tony's personal workout which is recorded and mailed to subscriber
I think Kevin is a subscriber send him a PM, I'm sure he'll be very helpful.

I have P90X+ and I haven't been able to get into it, but logically it's the next program in the trilogy i.e. P90, P90X then P90X+.
