ever since i started the workouts 45 days ago,ive had trouble taking a poop,i dont know if its the egg whites? granola bars? not enough mcdonalds in my diet,but i poop like twice a week but i fart all day long,sorry for the info but anyone else have these problems? am i eating TOO HEALTHY??????

You need to eat fiber. Do you eat veggies?

i pretty much eat egg whites for breakfast,turkey or chicken deli meat for lunch,apples,bananas,pretzels,granola bars,then for dinner either pasta,pork chops or chicken breasts. I quit drinking beer but i drink a Monster energy drink each morning. I cant figure out why im so constipated

That's your problem. Hardly no fiber whatsoever. You can't just eat protein.

Green beans, carrots, corn, basically add lots of veggies. That should help, or get some fiber supplements.
