I vomited on day 1 AND day 3. After that, smooth sailing.

Day 1 with push-ups I was able to do 15-25 and 10 pull-ups with chair guidance (I can't do any w/o it) during the first round for each rep. When the 2nd round came I was able to do 5-10 push-ups but stuck to 10 pull-ups. However, I couldn't finish the last 20 minutes of the video cause I thought I was going to vomit. I literally pushed myself as hard as I could and even tried to do some push-ups with my knees on the floor as well as taking an extra minute break whenever I thought I needed it. Day 2 I was able to go through only 30 mins of it and stopped because I thought I was going to faint (it's around 90+ degrees and very humid). Is it me or did anyone else struggle as badly as I did? I'm not giving up but I just hate it when I cant get through the dvd. Also I was wondering what does everyone eat or drink prior to workout? To be completely honest, I still am having trouble with Plyo... I can only get to about 30min before I passed out on the ground. Buy don't be discouraged. Do only what you can do and then go hard next time around! You're doing great! Keep it up... |
