I took 2 weeks to recuperate from the flu I got at the end of November.
I started my workouts yesterday and am resuming full force this week. Diet has been maintained throughout the whole "leave" so I actually continued to drop a few pounds (the illness maybe had a role there...).

I'm probably going to do two full weeks of phase 2 and then my recovery week before moving on to phase 3.

anyone from this group left? I am still going at it. Just completed my first week after my sick leave. I will do one more then the recovery week for phase 2.

Anyone still out there?

Course . You'll never get rid of me. Yh retake of the previous week was alright. Found legs and back a proper challenge tho. Glad I redid the week, feels good to be hitting it hard. How did you find you week after the long break?

I found it REALLY hard! Plyo killed my groin/hamstring and I felt it throughout the week. I gotta admit I felt like I dog'ed a few workouts but I rationalized it by saying I have to slowly get back to where I was.

The important part is to keep pressing play!

i'm still here. starting week 10 this monday.. missed a few workouts but trying to make up for it. hope everyone is still doing good
