I found the first half of Yoga not so great, second half was okay. Although how the hell can anyone do Crane? Don't think I'll ever get that ^^. But I'll keep trying.
Hopefully Ill be able to touch my toes soon.

Same, I'm just watching what I'm eating at the moment. Not sure whether I should focus on dieting too much at my age (18) as, well I hope (5ft7) that I'm still growing .

Arms & Shoulders was cool.....It made me sweat. I try to do 12 reps because I don't want to bulk up but sometimes I can only do 8 reps cuz I getso tired haha. I'm doing my best though. My legs were killing me yesterday and I still feel little sore today. Yoga tonight...I'll see how that goes. I tried fat-free chocolate milk as a recovery drink last night and it worked for me. I used to take a scoop of whey protein. I'm going to start to drink fat-free chocolate milk from now on as a recovery milk....works for me...Good Luck guys.

I started to really watch what i'm eating again. no more fast food at all or junk food. It's not that hard for me because I had to to do it to loose 100 pounds before. It's all in your mind.....and it really does make a difference on what you eat....

I'm watching my diet by eating stuff high in protein and low in fat and eating one carb food a day. I haven't been calorie counting or checking the ratio of protein/carb/fat is correct.

I only did 40 lol. It sucks, it's too slow. Maybe we can do stretchX instead?

Yoga X gets better apparently. And also its very highly recommended to do it. So I'd advice you to carry it on. At least for a month or so, it should get easier.

Hey guys, would you mind offering some advice? so just read this a sec

what i eat: Morning: usually nothing, no time.

Snack midday: apple

Lunch; Tuna + beans

Dinner; Salad or fish/chicken with veg and perhaps some mashed potato.

In the night i cant curve my snacking habits, so i find myself eatin some bad things, not alot but i wanna stop. You think my diet so far is good enough to loose weight?

I didnt even attempt yoga, i rpleaced it with plyo today and did plyo instead. I must say, i thouroughly enjoy plyometrics, i dont now why but i do. So im doing plyo on yoga and rest days so far, you guys think thats ok?

You need to eat breakfast. You know the old saying "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" well it's true. you're not getting enough nutrition. try to get 5 small meals. If you would eat more small meals you wouldn't be hungry at night.

Guys I finished legs and back today. I feel like it's getting easier. I'm also looking forward to getting home and working out everyday. Well good luck everyone. See you tomorrow.

Just finished KempoX (before breakfast) and it was great. I was sweating buckets but I must say I kicked it's butt for a change. Now I'll have a protein shake with some egg whites and turkey bacon. Alright guys see you later and good luck.

just finished Kenpo X...that was fun!
Great workout, great moves and a good sweat.

Now week 1 is behind me. Time to move on to week 2 and try not to puke during chest and back.
