Hey everyone!

ugh been having a tough past 2 days. Yesterday was totally exhausted from work, had 2 last minute calls and did not end up pulling in the drive way until 9 PM. Fell asleep immediately! So I missed yoga X!

And today boss bought everyone lunch and it was hard to decline free pizza. sheesh. Only 1 1/2 slices though, washed it down with 2 and a half dasani's so I wouldnt over indulge!

Already did L&B with ABX. Drinking my recovery drink now... Punished my self with ABX today. Did 60 mason twists to work off those extra pepperoni's. I REALLY REALLY need to start focusing more on my nutrition! I was doing great at first but these past few days I've been slacking. Going to make up yoga X in the morning tommorow, and finish it off with Kenpo in the PM! Also going to give cardio X a shot Sunday!

Hope everyone is doing well...

keep pushing play people.

looking forward to it koolq!!!

Has anyone noticed any changes already at 2 weeks? I have noticed that my belly shrunk a bit and I have lost about 6 lbs (hadn't weighed 172 since last winter). I also noticed while doing legs and back yesterday that I have definitely started getting stronger at pullups...still can't do a ton but I can at least get 2-4 in before I put my leg on a chair now.

how about you guys? noticing any differences so far?

Def! I'm already down 7lbs. I've noticed my midsection has shrunk, And the best part is I'm starting to get compliments from friends and family, "hey your losing weight!". Back in high school I could do 15-20 pull ups no problem, I can do about 6 or 7 now unassisted, getting back to where I was is all

Got home from a 10 hrs shift and was tired as hell. I'm a bartender so I tend to burn my calories just running back and forth. Don't have time to really eat. I only eat before and after work. So by the time I get home first thing is the workouts. I eat After, I know I should eat at least 2 hours before sleepng. But beleive the stuff I eat after my work metabalize in minutes. I will feel hungry after an hour again. My days of calorie intake is between 1500 - 1800 a day. I haven't missed a single day yet. I once did a triple on my off day. Chest back, abx, kempo and cardio back to back. The next day I felt so weak, light headed most of the day. I would never do this again. So don't let ur work schueld be an excuse not pressing play, if I can do it u can too.

I sweat alot from it almost as much as plyo. When I first did chest and back I couldn't feel the soreness on my chest or my back, just felt tired. That's bcause I'm use to bench pressing and pulldowns from the gym. On the one hand abs and legs are my weekness.

Re:oct 12th group.. 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Well its bad news. It's week 2 for me, ive done the first 2 days but today (day3) i made it my rest day.

Ive been hit with a pretty nasty virus, bad cough, sneezing, throat. and im aching all over, i feel frial and weak. I mean yesterday i mustered the strength to do plyo, which i was amazed at, but i left ieveryhting i had on the mat and loved plyo as i always do. But i couldnt, just couldtn manage it today. Feeling like crap. hoping ill feel better tomorrow or its no working out. guess ill have to catch up when im better.

This might even be a mild case of swine flu!

wish me luck to get better..haha.

I was supposed to do yoga yesterday but unfortunately something came up so I made it my rest day. Gonna have to yoga later. Got 2 more days before my 30 day. Haven't missed a day so far. Tomorrow will be a tough one with chest and arms.

Re:oct 12th group.. 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 1
I missed KenpoX on saturday because I was at my Brother In-laws house. I did manage to play basketball for an Hour and half and those young guys (I'm like 12-16 years older) had a hard time keeping up with me. I'm loving the new found energy

I Can't wait to get out of work to do some P90X. How's everyone else doing?

i cant believe this is the 3rd week ... and the bad thing is i skipped legs and back last 2 weeks... i played football this week instead. which isnt a great excuse but its a good excuse for cardio.
i gotta do a full week this week.
but i have noticed major differences on my back and shoulders and arms. and sometimes abs if i actually do ab ripper x.
and im thinkin of doin an extra week ..instead of all cardio next week. do the same as this week..just to feel that i did 2 full weeks.

HeY! don't get discouraged im prob in the same place you are. i can only do acouple regular pushups and still using chair assist for pull-ups you can still go on you will still be building up strength as you go on to the other phases. i can do maybe 1-2 pulls up myself which is pathetic for a guy.. but i am about 30 pounds overweight but still.. i have hardly no strength.. lol

Keep it up karmina! I say stick to the calendar. Use round 1 to gain some strength and then when you start round 2 in 3 months you will be able to do much more than you can now.

I had a good chest and back workout today! keep this thing going guys and gals!!

Re:oct 12th group.. 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 1
karmina, just stick to it and don't forget your diet. Two thing are going to happen that will help you. Firstly, you are going to get strong and secondly, you are going to loss weight thus being able to do more reps since you're lighter. In a month or so you're going to be surprised by what you will be doing.

I also had a good Workout today. I really pushed myself and can barely lift my arms now.

yeah I think u should do another week of phase 1. Phase 2 is insane, if u think chest and back is hard wait till u start doing one hand pushup and plyo pushup wher u have to clap ur hands in midair. It's in the middle of the workout when ur already tire from the other excercise like iso pushup where u have to hold 10 sec up and 10 sec down for a while minute without touching the floor. I could do 30 each set if regular pushup max 60 but phase 2 pushup only under 20. It's tough as hell but u will definitely see mucsle def after. This is the muscle building phase phase 1 was a walk in the park. Good luck

Re:oct 12th group.. 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: -1
Ok phase 2 (week5) Shoulder, chest, triceps done. This has got to be the hardest resistence excercise for me so far (maybe I'm not use to it yet). After a week if recovery I'm starting to feel sore again, guess that's the muscle confusing kicking in. I normal can do 30 reps of each set of pushups in chest n back. Now I can only do 20 under. Those slow to fast pushups really burns. I guess if I feel the burn there's no need to do more. The only problem is those one hand pushups and the plyo ones. Their almost at the end of the workout. At that point my arms and shoulders are already beat. I love pushups it's getting my chest ripped, I'm gonna try doing those crazy pushup first instead of last that way I can do more reps. Good those bout this workout us that u don't have to repeat. Plyo tommorow, should be easy or not since haven't done in the whole recovery week.
