Missed weeks due to injury 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I reached week 3 but then managed to injure myself (more a case of pushing too hard and causing an injury) and then my kids were ill (I have 3 and they were ill one after the other) so I didn't really having time to do the exercises.

I haven't done any exercise for 2 weeks and I feel like I did when I first started - bloated and tired. I've tried to eat sensibly but the weight that I lost in the first 3 weeks has been put back on.

Do you think I should just start from week 1 again or from where I finished off?

Thanks,

Uday

Hmm, maybe you should start again with Phase 1. It's just that if you start where you left off, you're into recovery week next week, and that doesn't really seem to make sense given that you've been "recovering". Maybe start with Week 2 of Phase 1.
