I'm going to try chocolate milk as my recovery drink, I keep seeing low fat, are you talking skim milk, 1% not sure what's meant by low fat. Also, will I count this as one of my dairys even though it's a recovery drink. Thanks.

I use 1% choc milk, 8oz. I checked out the nutr. label, it is not that bad. I only use one scoop of protein powder w/ it.

You are allowed a protein bar & a recovery drink daily. They do not count as a dairy or carb. from your daily serving chart.
