TOPIC: Keeping track

Just ordered P90X this morning so this question might get answered when I get my package but I'll ask anyway. How do you all keep track of reps, weights, diets, bodyweight, bodyfat and such. Do you have a notebook with different sections, keep track on a computer program or in the P90X books that come with the program. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row before I start. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, I really like that spreadsheet. Looks like you can keep track of everything there.I just need to decide what date to put in the start date. I think I'm going to do a couple of weeks of the program doing maybe half what it calls for, then turn it on full out, I'd like to live to tell about doing it, so I'm going to start off slow.
