I Just Started P90x and i was wondering if its mostly for weight lost and muscle gain and i was wondering can it be used to build a big mass of muscle and if u can how?

Do i have to adjust diet or the weight i work out with?



im 5'8 and im 160 pound of fat i want lose it and build muscle o and im 17 male

In order to build mass you'll have to take in more calories than suggested. Also, gaining lean body weight is slower than typical bulking.

Please clarify here, as you wrote it, you are 5'8 and want to lose 160 lbs of fat. I'm totally confused as to what exactly you want to do besides get big. If you want to get big, increase your calories and lift heavier weights with less reps. As you build muscle, you'll burn more fat.

Ok, please allow me to re-state my question.
HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?
I don't want to know how much fat you think you have, or how much muscle you think you don't. If you had no muscle at all, you would be a ball of goo.
If you are 5'8 and 160 lbs, my answer above still stands. If you are 5'8 and say 350 lbs, and 160 lbs of THAT is fat, then you have issues beyond getting big muscle-wise.

Ok lest just say i want to replace the fat roles with abs and muscle which i can do with p90x but i want to build muscle instead of having fat i dont mind going up as long as its muscle weigh i dont mind and i am sure im as close to a blob as it gets im like super jello if i flick me ull se ripples for minutes lol
