Hey guys,

Just ordered my copy of P90X and am very excited to start using it when it arrives in a few days!!

A couple of years ago I moved to Manchester, UK for a new job, I used to go to a small village leisure centre which was cheap and not very busy so was perfect for me! Since I moved here I have found the cheap gyms have a small free weights are that's usually crowded and can't get a good workout, the more expensive gyms have a good free weight area but are twice as expensive! A friend at work told me about P90X and today is pay day so have ordered a copy! I love the fact that I can do these workouts from home with very little extra equipment (all of which I already have anyway!!) and all it cost me is the same as one month at an expensive gym!

I'll be checking these forums daily to help me with my P90X experience and hopefully I can make some helpful and insightful comments myself!!

One of the selling points for p90x is that its cheap and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.

Ok, so now had my copy of P90X for a few days, read both the fitness guide and nutrition plan, still waiting on my brand new resistance bands, dumbbells and chin up bar to arrive!! Hopefully will be starting it next week, got a holiday planned for end of August so want to see some improvement by then!!

Will update when about to start the program!!
