My wife and I were taking advil before bed because every time we moved during sleep our muscles ached and we woke up. Terrible muscle pain and little sleep during the first week.

I agree with the comment about Yoga X. This really helped. Make sure you finish all of Yoga X. It is only tough for the first 45 minutes or so. The second 45 minutes is static stretching easier moves, with the exception of the crane.

Don't worry, the pain will go away. Eventually.

I felt the same way the first week (in my second now), the whole week was tough moving around . I did some working out for a couple weeks prior to starting, but this program is nothing like I've ever done before, and it's definitely working my body!

In my second week now (day 3) and things are easier.

I will say though that after the first day of week 2, I was sore again, but nowhere near the extent of the first week.

Plyo...! Thanks to the comments above about it getting easier in the 2nd half, I will push to make it all the way through next time

I appreciate the positive feedback. I just did the yoga, and it was great. I was actually kind of dreading going down to the workout room, but i need not have worried.
I was walking little less funny today (Only a little), and could actually perform some of my job duties better today. Most of the soreness in my lats and chest is gone.
Is the tiger balm anything like icy hot? I have that and use it sparingly. I am going to try some ibuprofen before I head to bed.

You probably did push a little too hard, but it is times like this you just have to push through the pain if you can and continue... Easier said then done though
