Why not change your mindset from "Hope I can stick with it" to "What do I have to do to make sure I will stick with it?" I don't know what your experience with Plyo the first time around was, but don't forget that you can modify a lot of the moves. There's no point in imitating them and then having to quit at 25min. Use the pause button! If you have to take a longer break or more frequent breaks, that's OK.

I know Yoga may come across as somewhat of a "lighter" routine, but remember the vinyasas have at least 1 chaturanga move in each one, and there must be at least 30 of them. If you don't do the workout, that's 30 pushups-equivalents you are not doing. There are also lots of lunge-type moves. If you don't do yoga, again over 30 lower-body moves not being done.

Thanks for the info, Sum. Geez. I don't mean to be rude but you guys are not making me want to come back here for support.. I feel like you could have tried to help me get motivated in a more effective manner....

I guess you should know that I am 5'8", 125...and I don't have a huge need to do this, I just know how good it made me feel last time... I don't know whether or not that changes any one's feelings...But, I have made the decision to commit to AT LEAST 5 days/week. I am getting up at 6am to do this so I don't take out of my family life with my husband and 2 little kids... I feel like I am making a huge commitment...

I think you'll do fine with the 5x a week. Just follow the program and pick one to skip each week.

Everyone around here just gets worked up. As you can imagine, a large amount of people come into this forum and complain. We hear complaints about the workouts, that they are too hard, too long, too much of an effort, etc.

I hear it in the program a billion times, " do your best and forget the rest." If 5x a week is what you are comfortable with, then go for it. Make sure to stick with the diet 7 days a week though!

Good luck.

wow, we got some real haters here. runningjunkie, yes you did come off as offensive. this is real life, some people dont have the luxury of having the time to do a 60 min workout/day. i mean, i'm all for sticking to whats prescribed, but its not a crime to modify or fall off track.

Whitney, I commend you for even trying again having not completed it the first tme. you sound like a fit gal to me. obviously you know what your goals are, and if 5x a week is what you feel is right for you, then more power to you. its not like you're saying, oh, i'll do this workout if i feel like it tonight, or, i'll save this for next time. heck you can make it P120X if you have to in order to complete the prescribed schedule. personally, i think its a P(infinity)X, which is why i'm ok with skipping a day here or there.

I think some of us were taken differently than what the intent was, obviously these are words and emotion and intent cant be relayed...I think ultimately the goal was to motivate you, and if that was misconstrued or was not clear, than i apologize up and down and twice on Sunday....
There are a few of us that have completed the first 90 days, know how much dedication that it takes to even push play after the first week, and congratulate you for even coming back to it.. I am glad that you are the type of person that doesnt "need" this program...that is a blessing in and of itself...the majority of us that are using it, have been in a place that we never want to go back to...and therefore pushing people to do their best is what we all want..allbeit that sometimes without being able to chat in person, that motivation can be misread...we are all here to chew on the experience of others...
This is a great site to learn / complain / ask questions / and just chat about what works, what doesnt, and how to modify the programs to your lifestyles....please continue to stay here, maybe you can help to motivate someone else that may come along that is in your situation and they can benefit from your experience..hope to see you continue....

yes there are many haters on here. take a look at my -1 karma. seriously i been here helping people here and there. Motivating out to push really hard. i know i have. I'm not a cocky person either, i just don't ever want to go back to the person i left behind 3 months ago. Were all here to help one another, to help each other stay motivated and keep on pushing play. Heck there are time where i was loosing my motivation. People on here kept me pushing hard when it look bad. I'm glad i found this site and i will continue to help out, even when haters hate on me. I think its kinda col to have haters.
