I am currently interested in the P90X program. I was wondering what do we do to keep our shape after the 90 days if you dont want to get bigger ? just keep your shape that you gained and maybe get better abs and thats it? do I just start over from day 1 to day 90 ? Or I do phase 3 only over and over? thank you

I'm still a relative newbie myself (end of 2nd week), but I've seen that folks do the entire cycle over again. There is also a P90X+ that is available that some folks mix in if they are up to the challenge. From all the things I've read though, people usually do another cycle of regular P90X unless they are in TIP TOP shape to take on the + challenge.

You could also try one of the other P90X programs, such as Lean or Doubles. Most people start with Classic, but there are 3 to choose from. And yes, I believe when BigHurt says 'redo the cycle' he is suggesting that you could just do the 90 day program over again. I think the book recommends you take a couple of recovery weeks in between, but many people go that route and see even better results the 2nd or 3rd time through.

The P90X program involves some even more advanced moves, some of which are difficult to do unless you are breezing through P90X. I am nowhere near doing L pullups etc, so I started round 2 immediately after I finished my 90 Days. Also 90 days was just before Christmas, and I wanted to make sure the holidays didn't ruin all the hard work I had put into the program.
