Hello All! 5 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I am so glad to be here. I have ordered and am expecting my p90x system about Friday! I have a few things I do want to get before, but I am ready to go I believe. I am currently 145lb and 5'1" I have 25lb more I would like to lose, but I want to be just awsome looking, hee hee, don't we all. That is what has drawn me to the p90x, the last pounds can be SO hard to lose, and the results I want will be shown to me by following this plan. I am SO ready! I have 4 children, and they will all be out of school on Thursday for the summer so I am hoping by the time school starts again I am in WOW factor, hee hee. Thanks for the oportunity to join this forum!

I just started today and I already feel great. It always feels good after you work out and know that you're working at your goal. Your attitude seems awesome and it'll be great for you during this program. I did the first day today and I have to say that it's FAR from easy. It's intense, but as they say "no pain, no gain". Keeping a journal and joting down your performance will help a lot in motivation and keeping on track. Good luck to you!!

I mean, if your not starting till friday, I would suggest doing some push ups every day to prepare you for day 1. Why not?
