Got my bar now. 6 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Well. I finally got my chin up bar. However, I tried it and found that my door trim is too thin causing inconsistancy with the bar's ability to stay in place. One moment it holds, next minute it doesn't. I guess I will be forced to use the bands for now. I can't do the pull up anyway at this time.

sorry about the chin bar woes. are you able to return it for something else?
but at least you have the resistance bar option just do it to failure every time for better result.

Ordered it online so I can't return it. I may get some trim that is fatter to hold it up. Until then, I will just stick with the resistance bands. I am very nervous about the program after the test. I will be posting my results later today.

ingenuity always prevails, u'll find a way.

and yes you have the right to be nervous. this program will drain you, and when you think you're getting a hang of it, it switches on you, and the learning start all over again.

but then after a while (depending on your intensity level)25 push ups is for your warm up, 15 pull ups is to loosen up your back and shoulders.
1000 calories burnt during Plyo workout is no longer a goal it's what you do.

you've got your support system in place,we'll see to it, if you so desire, that you reach Sparta.
