I liked P90X (May 2008 grad!!) because, even though it was 90+ mins a day, it was a fixed 90 day period until you were done with the cycle. There is a goal and you can stick to it!!
You may not complete the workouts the first few time around if at all, but you will NOT find a more all around cycle of routines short of hiring a really high end trainer. I say go with P90X, do as much as you can every day, be true to yourself and make it happen. ONLY YOU CAN BRING IT!!! |

I agree with lskarp. You won't "have" the time. You must "make" the time to do anything that will benefit you physically. It's hard for a lot of us..in the forum you'll read about people getting up at 4 in the morning or doing it at midnight. That's when they can make time.
Plan your schedule around it. That way you know it'll get done!! Kevin |
