Just finished Day 2, and I cant feel any worse at this moment. I wanted to quit halfway through the workout, but just hit the pause a little more than I should...But I completed it. Im sore from yesterday, and I probably wont be able to climb stairs at work tomorrow, but I will make sure I hit the play button again for Day3. I have a question on some supplements???I bought the multi-vitamins from GNC, along with some Whey protein, and Creatine. I have not had a diet coke for three weeks now, and am excessing over a gallon of water a day. For some reason when I urinate during the day, my pee is a flourescant yellow. I mean it is bright!!!As the day goes on it turns basically to water. I guess Im just trying to find out if this is normal? Ready for Day 3!!!

One more quick question. I felt like I got nothing out of Ab Ripper on Day 1, cause my body was so spent. Do most prefer to do the Ab workout before the Chest and Back, or Shoulders and Arms workout?

The bright yellow urine is from the vitamins. Excess vitamins are being excreted. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that there's more vitamin B in the multi than your body can use. I say B because I was taking vitamin B along with my other vitamins, and when I ran out of the B, the yellow stopped.

The ARX is supposed to be done after every weight lifting workout, i.e., 3 times a week. You will probably have a tough time getting through all of it the first few times, but as you get stronger it will get easier. Okay, not easier... just less impossible...

I agree on the difficulty of Ab Ripper X after workouts. I am in week 3 right now and still can't do all the reps in Ab Ripper, but I am improving. Set your own goal and try to do just that many and then rest while Tony and the gang finish the set. Then start the next one. The first week I started at 10, then 15 in week 2, and up to 20 now. You will be doing this workout 3 days a week for the whole 90 days, so build up to what they are doing on the DVD. As caedenspa said, it will get less impossible over time

Yes, bright yellow pee is because of B vitamins. It's a good sign, means you are getting enough of them!

Some people do the ARX at a different time of the day, so they get a better workout. Better to break the two workouts up if you're unable to do ARX in a meaningful way. I started by doing ARX right after, but now I sometimes do it in the morning, or before the resistance workout, just to make sure I do it!

Thanks everyone. I thought the viatmins was the culprit, but I still was a little worried.
One more quick question...I am using ch.milk as a recovery drink (6oz) how can you tell if the ch.milk is 1% or not? I bought the Prairie Farms brand, but cant find the answer anywhere on the carton.
