With my schedule I need to do some of my cardio exercises at night. Like tonight I did kenpo at 10. It doesn't keep me awake or anything like that. Does the late night cardio sessions lessen the effects that much or is it pretty negligible?

I had to do some pretty late workouts like that. I don't know if it's good, bad, or if it doesn't matter, but just know that you're far from alone. It's better than not working out at all.

Nope nothing wrong with it at all, as long as you still get 8hours sleep then more power to you.
