Hi all I just did Plyo this morning and wow what a workout! I haven't been woorking out in a while and this was intense but I feel pretty good today. I think mornings will be my workout slot for the day. It starts your day off great. I am in a position where I need to lose weight and workout to get in shape. The key in these workouts so far for me has been to listen to my body. Tony tells you to hit pause if you need a little longer break but not too long

. The best part of this is doing this with my wife. We needed to push each other and support each other to start this workout and mentally I keep saying to myself 90 days isn't that long. The mental aspect will be the tough part for me. I know that I just have to push through th get the results I want. Anyhow I really enjoy this forum and find it inspiring reading others stories.
