Just ordered my P90X on SUNDAY should be here on FRIDAY. Cant wait to get started anyone got any advice for a 1st timer

just prepare yourself... eating well is not easy and getting into a routine where you work out an hour a day no matter what isnt either... there are just those days you dont want to work out and want to order a pizza instead... just dont think about it and go push play.. youll thank yourself in the end.

Start cutting out any bad food now, sugary snacks, foods high in sodium, anything processed, anything made with refined white flour or high in carbs, etc. and try to get a handle on your portion sizes. Eating right is 75% of the battle.

And make sure you're drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Congrats man! I've been putting it off until I got my schedule with work and school worked out.... I'll be starting after this weekend. One last weekend of 15 beer bar tabs and late night scarfing, come Monday, I'm bringin change like Obama
