I am hoping to get cut, strengthen my core, and gain flexibility with this program. I am 36y/o 6' and 176lbs and not looking at this as an extreme weightloss routine. I drive a truck and am looking at preventing the back, knee, and gut problems that many career drivers fall victim to. I am taking the next couple days to get the proper equipment and will be ready to bring it saturday.
