Hey,
I just finished my first set of workouts. I had some trouble with the push ups and the sit ups in the abripper x but I will live to fight another day.
I am looking for diet ideas as I am a college student and cannot afford to spend $80-90 a week on groceries.
Also, whats the deal with all the egss on the diet? And does anyone have suggestions on what to do with the yolks?

As wasteful as it may sound, many will say there's not much you can do with 'em and just should toss 'em.
They have additional fat, cholestrol, and other junk we need to avoid to get maximum results.

If you don't want to do that, I would suggest doing something else in the diet for that particular meal instead of just using the eggs with yolks.

You can buy liquid egg whites in a carton. I found some on sale. Four containers(each equals 8 eggs) for $7
they come in a small container the looks like half and half.
Saves time from separating all the whites too.

That's not too bad.
I deal with separating the eggs though since it's cheaper.

At my grocery store, a carton with 16 egg whites was $5
I just bought 2 18-count egg cartons. Each of those cost $2.39. More than double for less cost.

Well...I am getting back into the routine again. I'm excited about it. I did P90X last year at this time and felt really awesome. I remember when I first started, I was really struggling in doing the push-ups. In the ARX, I was having a hell of a time just doing the sit-ups. Several weeks later, I was able to do it with ease. Well, I am back to square one. I can’t even do one!! But I am not at all disappointed because I know that it will come in time. I am going to keep pushing play!! Glad we’re all on here to support each other. It really helps knowing that someone, somewhere is going through the same thing you are.

I did finish up Chest & Back today…man oh man, I am going to be sore tomorrow!!
