Hey team... our thread got too big so we have to start a new one!!! I love the consistency! I was just on here looking around before starting my core workout. Hopefully, all of you find your way to this one!

Hey Navy.. I just want you to know that you your post last night inspired me to get up and get my stretch done. I was planning on skipping it, but I didn't want to leave you hanging.. especially since you thru a run on top of it. I finished it just after midnight!
I just finished knocking out the last core workout for another 5 weeks! Can you believe we only have just over a month left??? Time has flown by!! You ready for the 60 day pics? On that spreadsheet, it says to take those on day 56 (Sunday), so I'm going to do that in order to stay on track with my weekend measuring. Is any of the team still with us?? |

Great idea on starting the new thread. I did crane non stop for 45 seconds before I lost my balance for a sec. That is a record for me, hopefully I will beable to go the whole minute at some point. Also, I can now do the stretch where you reach under your thigh and grab your arm, I never could get that down and felt like I never would.
Boomer, welcome! Would love to hear your thoughts and progress on this fitness routine. Hurt, now finishing after midnight is dedication! I have altered sleeping patterns to complete some of the workouts, which I probably wouldnt have done if it wasnt for everyone motivating each other. I just realized I did yoga today and it was supposed to be core! Looks like I will have core tomorrow..oops! I was wondering why you said you knocked out your last core workout... |
