Ok guys. How are things going? Day 8 exciting or what? So i wasnt going the full hr last week. This week it is all about the full hour and busting my butt!

I feel horrible... I didn't get to work out last night or tonight... I want to catch up but I don't want to over-exert myself...

If you have the time, you can double up X Stretch after one of the other routines. I've also doubled up Plyo in the morning and then the Day 3 arm routine in the evening.

So Plyo was rough! How is everyone progress doing? I am still having a hard trouble not drinking soda! Hey everyone Creadrive from GNC and Taurine can be a good subsitute for the recovery drink.

Just letting you guys know that I have set P90X aside for a while and will be hitting the weights for a good 3 months. I am keeping with a similar schedule and at high intensity/heavy weight supersets, with my bro. I have put together my first 4 weeks and will do a recovery week, and make up the next 4 weeks at that point. I am weighing every 3 days. and my wife said she is still noticing huge changes in my proportion and slimness. I really enjoyed P90X and will get back to it for a cutting phase type of workout. Like I said I have convinced my bro to be my weight training partner, so choosing between getting to hit weights and doing p90x, weights win. I love them.
