sorry for all the questions but i'm probably going to start the program on september 8th. for the past 5 weeks, i've been using the treadmill - basically doing interval training for about 3-4 miles (about 5 times a week). i notice that in this program, cardio isn't done everyday. so my question is whether i should be doing any side cardio exercises during the non cardio days of the p90x program? or will i just be too spent to even attempt to?

Pylo, yoga, and kenpo x will be more than enough cardio to fill your needs.

I agree with Coy...you'll have plenty of cardio in your workouts!!

There's a "Doubles" program that works in a few days of cardio in the morning and then the regular P90X workouts in the evening. I'd give the regular once a day P90X workouts a try before deciding to do the doubles, and the Doubles program is set up that way for Phase I.

Be prepared to sweat!!!

I think that you get a pretty good overall body workout from all the days on 90X.

The chest workout sure feels like i AM DOING CARDIO!!!

if you can squeeze in some extra cardio go for it just be sure to do it before the workout otherwise the chances of you not doing a greater for mere fatigue

Ps: you'll get better result
