Hey i am just looking for somebody who is starting same time i do. i wanted to start last week but the program didnt arive till just yesterday of well! on Monday it is!

i am 5'5 and 128 lbs right now. i was going to the gym 4 times a week for last 2 years and cant get the results i want. so i hope this program will help. i am planing to take my before/after pics tommorow.

did anyone do the fitness text yet?

hey there,

I just started the program on Friday the 13th. I know..odd day to start, but I couldn't wait. I took my before and after pics by myself because I didn't have anyone to help me...I'm looking forward to seeing your progress. I'll tell you though, it's quite a challenge. Im doing a routine combination of Classic, and Lean to tone and to burn fat. pylometrics is tough! and remember to stretch before popping in that dvd. GOod luck!

Hi there!

I am also planning to start the program tomorrow (3/16). Super excited. My measurments are similar to yours(5'6, 127 pounds). And I too have been going to the gym without seeing the results I'd like to.

Hey girls are you going to do the diet as well? i prepared stuff for the first day.. i didnt like the soup, but it does seems like a lot of food. i think i will chenge it a little... eating my omlet now!

I don't plan to follow the nutrition plan; however, I do have healthy eating habits, so hopefully it works out for me. Which plan are you starting?

i have pretty healthy eating habits myself. i already eat about 5 times a day...so im just working on doing the discs etc...im very sore right now....my legs and my upper body are really hurting. im super excited though. don't give up as much as it hurts.
