I have it on my chart but it took me awhile, maybe week 7 to do all 339 moves.

It wasn't until week 7 that I actually made it all the way through all 25 reps of each exercise in ARX. I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as you're doing it...

i'm on round 3 (well, 2.5) and i still cant! granted i'm not very disciplined in doing ARX.

Do you do the ab ripper after your workout? I find it easier to do the abrx before my workout or in the morning and then I do my regular workout at night. I don't have the energy to do the abrx after my workout.

I agree with Wired, I get a better ARX workout if I don't do it right after the regular workout.

I was doing ARX immediately after my regular workout and only getting through about 98% of it. I've started doing it before my regular workout (I come home, start dinner, put a kid or husband in charge of watching it for 15 min, then I do ARX) and last night I got through the entire thing, all 25 reps of each move and all the mason twists. I'm on day 76, if that tells you anything. My abs are 100x stronger than they were when I started, that's for sure.
