hi, im 17 years old and im 5'5 150 pounds. ive been lifting weights for a few years now. ive seen p90x on tv mannnnnnnnny times. and i wanted it for a long time. well now i ordered it, and i should have it in 2 weeks. so my question to u guys is: Will i gain muscle doing this? ill post a picture of where i am now.
that picture is a little old, but u can see the results i have. this is a more recent one but yeah im wondering if u guys can help me with my question, will i gain muscle doing this? |

It is not really a muscle building program due the high amount of cardio and no heavy lifting for your lower body. It would still be possible to gain some weight on the program, although you'd really have to eat a lot! (which is not a bad thing lol) Overall, I feel the program is best suited for all-around conditioning or fat loss. You look great already, and way to never stay satisfied.
