2. Three Day Diet

The three day diet we reviewed does allow most users to lose ten pounds in 3 days.  The simple fact our comments area has shown most (but not all) people who have tried this diet to lose those unwanted fat quickly.  This simple diet would definitely get high marks as a way to lose pounds to fit into those tight clothes if pushed for time but we do think it is a short term solution and best left for those who just need a quick weight loss for a special event.

The Morning Banana Diet is a proven way to lose weight.  Yes, that is right, by eating bananas in the morning (read the review for details on how to do it right) you can continue eating very similar to how you eat today but will lose weight.  There are of course extremes where it will not help so lets not get out of control.  Read it and more importantly try it and you can lose weight too!

Wow, I never heard of many of these, I have been using and lost quite a bit of weight but it looks like I may have to try one of these too.
