The ideal is eating every 3-4 hrs a small handful of food.. palm size portions and stay at 2000 calories or under. If you have a more sedentary lifestyle then shoot for 1500 calories. You want to eat so that you never feel that bloated feel fulling. Just satisfied but not "full". Your body will start feeling lighter as you eat and workout this way. |

I believe that a good way to shred the pounds and keep it off is to change your current lifestyle to include more exercise(3 to 4 times a week at least) and change the way you eat(5 to 6 times a day under 2000 calories or your recommended calorie intake)...I am so happy say that I personally was able to do this and I feel great!
