Still Losing Weight Day 98

I seemed to have remissed on my weekly duties to post.  I have been so busy with other parts of the site that I have neglected my own personal story, so sorry! Innocent  There isn't much to say except I am down to 209 pounds and seems to be about where I will be stuck unless I really restrict my eating more as my exercise is through the roof with 8+ hours a week now.  Doing a ton of tennis thats for sure.  I do tend to eat more "bad" foods now as I think is true with many I know it is hard to maintain a diet and this was is nearing day 100.  But hey, I am down 21 pounds in 98 days which is losing 1 pound every 5 days.  That is pretty damn good I think, don't you?

 This portion of my blog is coming to an end shortly as my official last day of this diet for blogging purposes anyway is June 19th.  My first beach trip is on the 20th, so I will most likely gain weight while I eat heartedly, drink lots and probably not exercise nearly as much while at the beach.

 So what advice do I have to give people with only 11 days left on my official diet time frame?  I would say there are two bits of advice.  1) Find some physical activity *you* enjoy and do it!  It truly helps you lose weight and on top of that allows you to cheat now and then and not really hurt your weight loss plans.  My second bit of advice is find your niche for your food weight loss plan.  We have literally dozens of diet ideas on this website from smoothie diets, to green tea for weight loss, to natural supplements and even diet pills (gasp!).  So read read read and find something that you think will fit your life style and don't expect miracles.  Hard work and will power is required.  Stay away from fast food joints, greasy foods and high calorie drinks and you can do well quick!

 I will be posting one more time on this topic of my personal weight loss before I shift gears to other things I want to blog about in the weight loss world.  Cheers!

  1. I Lost 25 Pounds on the smart for life cookie plan. I started about 2 months ago. The diet consists of eating 6 cookies a day and drinking 8 oz. of water with each cookie my only real meal during the day was dinner which is 6oz. of protein and 2 vegetables which is actually a lot more fod then i pictured. my first 2 weeks were a struggle i wasnt losing like i wanted, so the doctor at smart for life took my blood and found out i had a thyroid disease and put me on medication to help my thyroid speed up. Now im at my goal and on the smart for life maintenance program it is a great diet and i HIGHLY recommend it! Megan
