I have had fairly good fast weight loss over the last two weeks. I weighed in at 213 pounds, down from 217 on from my day 56 entry . I missed posting last week as life was just hectic and apologize to anyone who has been reading along and expecting to see a weekly post. I did not receive any email complaints so perhaps I am the only one reading these. 
I don't even know where to begin since the last two weeks have been a blur. I do want to say I have done a TON of exercise and I do believe you must have a good exercise plan setup to truly lose weight fast or even slow and keep it off. So for anyone out there looking for a quick fix, lets get real, you must be committed to your weight loss plan both physically and mentally. I normally break down the exercise and diet area but I don't think there is a real need. My diet is the same and see my entire weight loss journal for what I did. I recommend reading from the beginning. Exercise provided me with once again a lot of chances to play tennis which I really enjoy but I also did my first jogging. I only did one mile as I didn't want to overdue it. Due to a lot of rain here over the last two weeks that has been my only chance to run. I continue to do the incumbent bike for 30 minutes on days I do not play tennis or run and I am always doing my perfect pushup bar pushups which I love. I have increased my bicep curls to two sets as well. I have found that riding the incumbent bike is real important for me personally as well because I have had some soreness in one knee and find that by keeping the muscles around the knee stronger that this pain goes away. So I always ride the bike at least once a week. How do I feel? I feel so much healthier. I have more stamina on things I used to notice, like walking up 3 flights of stairs does not wind me at all now whereas before I would be pretty tired. My vacation is fast approaching and I really need to lose weight fast. I wanted to be at 200 pounds and with 13 pounds to go and only a few weeks left it will be really tough. I am anxious for my next weigh day, which is in three days, to see how I am doing. I have also started back up on tennis lessons so that brings my activity up to at least 4 nights a week of one plus hour each time. Am I hungry much? I am not hungry too often but when I am I have some peanuts, yogurt, or an apple. In the evenings I eat a weight watchers ice cream bar which is approximately 120 calories. I should probably cut that out. What has changed in my diet? The only big change I have done is I now drink green tea daily . After writing for this site on this topic I am convinced this can help me in my weight loss. We have a whole series of question & answers being done on green tea and that really got me to say to myself that I should drink green tea too! So I am! The article series we are doing is pretty cool, it will be a 5 part, 5000 word total (approximate), series of questions and answers. I often answer questions for people on Q&A forums and the most common questions I have decided to put into an article series.
