Total Gym Reviews : As Seen on TV

Introduction

Chuck Norris, as seen on TV with the Total Gym, is a man that has made a name for himself through martial arts and brawling, two hobbies that even when done as part of an acting career still require a fit person to pull off convincingly.  There is no doubt whatsoever that this man is extremely fit and the total gym that he uses exclusively to keep himself in shape is now available on the market for everyone to try out. Our reviews of some of the total gym models will help you decide if this is right for you. We recommend you look at our other Fitness Product Reviews.

Choose from different Total Gym Models

Perhaps one of the most attractive aspects of the Total Gym system is that there are actually many different products that are available and you essentially just pick the one that best conforms to your needs and goals.

The home models that are available comprise their three main products which are the Total Gym 2000, the Total Gym 3000 and the Total Gym XLS.  These are listed in order of their relative strength in terms of advanced workout technique.  The 2000 is the ideal model for beginners to use, the 3000 is for intermediates and the XLS is for people that are already doing advanced workouts,  but also people that are not interested in bodybuilding as a profession.

For those of you that are really advanced, there are the Total Gym GTS and Total Gym 14000DLX models available.  These are much more hardcore in nature with a lot more weight resistance and more options for workout exercises available.  These products are not for the faint of heart however, so don’t get any ideas about trying one of these out if you are a person just getting started.  If you fall into that category, stick to one of the three home models that were discussed in the previous section.

A gym in the space of a couch

If you want to get a jump start on your Total Gym, maybe you should even prove this statement true and throw your couch out, replacing it with this gym.  The basic premise of all of the models mentioned above is that all of the major exercises available in a gym can now be done at home because of this product.  You can work every part of your body in strength training and you can do all kinds of circuits just with the amazing parts of this product.  All of that is in the space of a couch too so you don’t have to stress about having to clear out large sections of your basement to get this product in there either.

What Users of The Total Gym Are Saying..

The general concensus on the total gym from users of the product is it extremely diverse and can in fact workout every part of your body with literally hundreds of various exercises. Most users find the product to be extremely durable and study with a small minority who have complained, but this seems to be just the typical 1-2% who just have bad luck from someone sleeping on the assembly line and quality control check.

The only negative comments we received was: it isn't as easy to fold and put away as advertised on TV as it is a bit heavy and awkward, especially as you move up in the models; this isn't a product you would use to develop muscle mass but to get toned and lose body fat; it is a better upper body workout machine than lower body workout.

Conclusion

The Total Gym is an effective home gym product, but of course it is only as good as how often you use it.  Like most fitness gadgets offered online these days, this gym will certainly give you the tools that you need.  In the end though, only you can put the initiative together to change your physical life for the better.  If you want to order this product however, do it sooner rather than later because they currently have a 50% discount promotion going on.
