The Flex Belt vs. Vibro-Belt Comparison

Abs belts, such as the Flex Belt and Vibro-Belt, are becoming more popular with those wanting to strengthen, tone, and firm their core muscles.  With this increase in popularity comes an increase in manufacturers creating their version of abs belts.  This comparison compares the Flex Belt and Vibro-Belt to help you make an informed decision regarding which belt will work best for you.

The Flex Belt Abdominal Toning Belt Overview

The Flex Belt is an abs belt that uses Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) that will contract and relax your abs.  It is an FDA cleared device that uses medical grade Gel Pads that are specially coated to adhere to your skin.

The impulses are safe and are not painful.  You will feel a tension in your stomach muscles that will hold for just a few seconds and then you will feel the muscles slowly relax.  You can control the intensity of these impulses, as the Flex Belt offers different intensity levels from 1 to 150.

The Flex Belt can be worn any time of day, while you are performing any activity.  You can be talking on the phone, reading a book, washing the dishes, or even driving in your car while you are getting a full workout on your abs.

The Vibro-Belt Overview

The Vibro-Belt is a slimming belt that uses high frequency vibrations, as well as heat and massage to help you trim, tone, and lose weight.  The heat increases blood circulation to your muscles to help your muscles contract naturally.  It can be used on different parts of your body, such as your waist, gluts, shoulders, and thighs.

The Vibro-Belt can be used during any activity.  There is no need for exercise when you use the belt.  The oscillating vibration does the work for you.

The Flex Belt has outstanding results not only through 3rd party clinical trials, but through consumer reviews.  The technology behind the Flex Belt has been proven and seems to be the best abs belt available.
