The Ab Coaster Overview

The Ab Coaster is an exercise machine that weighs about 70 pounds.  It has a digital workout counter that is attached to the machine.  You have to physically move in order for the machine to work your abs.

There are favorable reviews for both the Ab Coaster and Flex Belt.  People like the concept behind the Ab Coaster in that it works the abs from the bottom up; therefore, reducing the stress on their necks and back.  However, the idea that you don’t have to physically exercise with the Flex Belt is a definite plus in the eyes of consumers.

There are just a few complaints regarding the Ab Coaster’s quality and price.  The ball-bearings/wheels that the coaster rests on and moves wear out from use.  Probably the most complaints are that the Ab Coaster is a bit pricey.
