The Flex Belt Abdominal Toning Belt Overview

The Flex Belt Abdominal Toning Belt is an advanced piece of technology that has been proven to work through clinical trials. The Flex Belt is the first EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) product that has been cleared by the FDA as a class II medical device that can be sold directly to consumers.

Not only is it scientifically proven to work your abs, it has also been proven by people who have already given the Flex Belt a try.  People who have tested the Flex Belt have reported that it has flattened and toned their stomachs without having to do the traditional exercises that never seem to work.

The Flex Belt will give you a mild pulsing sensation that is followed by the tightening abdominal muscles.  Its intensity level can be increased or lowered from 1 to 150.  One of the greatest aspects of the Flex Belt is the fact that you can watch television or work on your computer while your abs is getting a workout.

The Ab Circle Pro Overview

The Ab Circle Pro is a workout piece of equipment that works the abs and obliques.  It can also be used to work out your legs and buttocks.  It comes with three resistance levels.  The concept behind the Ab Circle Pro is that it works the abdominal muscles in a 360 degree fashion.

You will place your hands on the handle bars and your knees on the knee rest in an “all fours” position so that you are facing the floor.  You will then swing the lower half of your body as the knee rest moves in a semi-circular way in a track.  This swinging motion is designed to provide a cardiovascular benefit.
