T-Core for Women

T-Core for women reviews will reveal if this revolutionary new workout device that is designed to help you tone, firm, and strengthen your abs in just six minutes a day will work. Does it really work?  It appears to be a good piece of workout equipment if you are trying to get that sleek hour glass midsection without having to strain your neck and back doing traditional sit-ups and crunches. How it Works

The T-Core works your entire midsection area by smooth and targeted resistance.  You are in control of which area you want to tone by the movement you make and position you place the T-Core.

Simply center the T-Core to target your upper abs with a fluid crunch.  Lean back and do a leg raise to target the lower abs, and move the T-Core to the side to target your obliques.

Why Target the Individual Sections of the abdominals?

Your abdominals are made up of four muscle groups, which are:

  • Rectus abdominis
  • Internal obliques
  • External obliques
  • Transverses abdominis

These sections are central to the core region and work with your spine to provide stability to your torso.  All four of these groups are layered and overlapped to connect them all together.  They actually run in all directions: vertically, diagonally, and horizontally.

The T-Core for Women allows you to target these specific areas of your abdominals to ensure each section is receiving a specific amount of conditioning each day.  However, it is equally important to allow your muscles to rest, so they can recover and rebuild, which is why the T-Core for Women’s 6 minute program may be a good choice since it does not overwork your muscles for hours on end.

T-Core for Women - Pros

The T-Core for Women allows you to exercise off the floor and in a comfortable seated position, which is beneficial because normal traditional core exercises performed on the floor can put strain on your neck, back, and shoulders.

It is designed to tighten your upper and lower abs, as well as your obliques all while sitting down.  The workout is designed to last only six minutes.  This is a definite advantage, especially in this day and age when women are always on the go for one reason or another.

The T-Core is very affordable at just $29.95 plus S&H.  It also comes with the Common Sense Meal Plan and a six minute DVD workout.  This is currently an introductory offer.

T-Core for Women - Cons

The T-Core for Women certainly has some benefits, but there are a few things to consider before you make that purchase.  While the T-Core is only a six minute daily program that targets your abs, it is important to understand that if you only do 6 minutes per day, you must combine this with other exercises, including aerobic exercises and a nutrition plan in order to get into shape.

The DVD does not include detailed information on how to squeeze your stomach muscles while you work out.  How you breathe and squeeze your stomach muscles is extremely important, if you want an effective workout.   Your height plays an important role in whether you can properly perform the exercises in the correct range of motion.

There have been some complaints about the ordering process.  The T-Core Website adds an extra unit to your order automatically.  Your order is completed before you can have a chance to take it off.

Bottom Line

This exercise device seems to be a good deal for the price.  The concept behind the product is sound and the idea of working out in a comfortable position, instead of straining your neck, back, and shoulders is ideal.

Just remember that you can’t get into shape with just six minutes a day only doing abdominal exercises.  You will need to incorporate aerobics and other resistance training in your daily routine to see maximum results in your fitness routine.  The T-Core for Women is worth trying for the price.
