P90x
I just finished day 9 of P90x, and boy! It sure is a workout, But i Love it! On my "Rest Day", i felt like...what do i do? I just wanted to jump back into the program and start working out again! Haha! Oh, I am 21, 5'7, and weigh 150 Exactly! I trying to turn my stomach into that much needed 6 pack and i want to get those arms and chest into shape! Even though its only day 9, i see some results! My chest is gaining muscle and my stomach is tightening up! Ab RipperX is brutal! LoL, but i love it! And chest and back is also crazy with all those push ups! But thats whats making my chest get more muscle. Dont be discouraged! Try the program out! My friend is about 5'8 or 5'9 and weighs about 240-something, but he is able to keep up! Its hard on him, but i keep encouraging him to do it!
