Time Spent on Work outs
I spend between 50 minutes,kenpo cardio x, which happens to be my absolute favorite, to 1 hour and 35 minutes doing yoga. The average is about an hour. The seventh day can be a complete rest day with no work outs or, a stretch day which I recommend at least every other week. The stretch is not hard and really promotes flexibility.
