Hi , I would just like to know whether you people that have already done p90x believe that this is a more toning or mass building program . If so , what amount of reps should I be doing in order to achieve gains in muscle mass . I have the cd's , and looking at the videos (for example legs and back) it is hard to see how you can build muscle mass while doing 25 or 30 reps for leg exercises .
