there is no possible way that this workout does nothing for you. you just didn't push yourself enough. 2 of the gladiators off of american gladiators did p90x and still do it. it's self body resistance. you just need to bring it. your telling me that 160 chin ups in an hour isn't doing anything? what about the 250 pushups plus the 100 chinups you can do in chest and bacK? and as far as ab ripper x, it is alil funny on the thighs but it ripped my abs. i was doing over 200 situps a day, this blew by it with 350 total. you probably need to work on your form, push further, go deeper, what ever it is. i'd say give it another week and on every move act like it's your last, instead of half ass. :)
