chuck - that was me i was running about 10 miles a day and doing other cardio stuff i learned in school. i just couldn't get that same feel that i did in high school. w/p90x im better than i was now! really it's the yoga i think. but as far as belly fat, you can kiss that good buy w/ the x. truely worth it. i never ever had abs before p90x, and i was in football/baseball/track.
