back and after 90 days

after the 90 day cycle you can either go on to p90x plus or do p90x again, which is what i did. just started the plus last week after 2 full cycles of p90x.  
As far as back problems, you'll be building all kinds of support in your back with all the chin-ups and not to mention the yoga. just take it at your own pace and u'll be find. the upward dog may feel funny for a while but it is actually helping. ask your doctor.
