What you need
All you need are the videos, a few set of weights, a yoga mat (you can buy one at Ross) and a pull up bar. You can use bands instead but they are harder. The only supplement I use is the whey protein powder (from Costco). I have a protein drink after every work out. I am one week from finishing round 2 of P90X plus. I love, love, love this program.I can't say enough good things about it. It has transformed my body. Follow the workouts, eat right and you will see results too.
